YOUTH (12-16)
This virtual space is about making new friends and normalizing your experience as an adoptee. I tend to follow the lead of the group, role-modeling positive and empowering behavior, demonstrating ethical story-sharing, and using adoptee-centric language.
$55 per person | Limited to 5 youth per session.
YOUNG ADULTS (17-22)
This virtual session will offer an opportunity for you to discover your voice, make new friends and hear other experiences and perspectives. For those who are interested in speaking publicly about their adoption, this is a great place to begin that journey. There is a separate Lounge for youth who were adopted in their teen years.
$55 per person | Limited to 6 young adults per session.
ADULTS (23 and up)
Please join if you are interested in being with others who understand the nuanced complexity of your life experience. In this space we have robust discussions about specific topics. Attendees are encouraged to stay in touch with others to build community.
$10 per person | Limited to 10 adults per session.
Would you rather meet with me 1:1?
Angela makes meaningful connections with adoptees ages 12 and up. She serves as a role model for adoptees through conversations about adoption and other identity-related themes. Angela shares pieces of her own story in this safe and confidential one-on-one space for the purpose of helping adoptees gain confidence and insights into their own identities and adoption narrative. Sessions are 45 minutes and can be scheduled anytime. The fee is $80.
